Kapu’uola Hula Festival will be held on May 6, 2017 from 1 – 7 PM at Pu’uokapolei. The purpose of the festival is to celebrate the oratory and performing skills of native Hawaiians past and present through hula and chant. It also aims at empowering composers and choreographers of mele to preserve Hawai‘i’s unique form of storytelling through proper use of Hawaiian language and performance.
This is a free and open event to the public. Hula, craft booths, food and entertainment.

Map to Pu’uokapolei There is limited parking in the upper lot of the pu‘u. You will find additional parking down below at the lower lots of the Kapolei Regional Park. It’s a short walk to the pu‘u from there.
